研究テーマ 衛星リモートセンシングを用いて、陸域で起きる様々な現象を把握する手法の開発を行っている。現在は陸域の炭素収支や蒸発散の推定法の開発が中心だが、他にも、火山噴火による土砂災害などのモニタリング手法についても取り組んでいる。
