Mr. Tran Dang An received the best paper award at
SUSTAIN 2013 held in Kyoto from October 19 - 20, 2013. He is one of the EDL candidates from Vietnam. He made an oral presentation at the conference and he was selected to submit his paper on the international journal. His paper title is "Hydrological process of Surface water and Groundwater at Coastal Watershed, Mekong Delta, Vietnam".
