On September 14, 2013 the Joint Congress of Environmental Leader Program
was held at Tokyo Campus of the University of Tsukuba, gathering
International Environment Leaders Training Programs in 17 Japanese
univesities under the support of the Funds for Integrated Promotion of
Social System Reform and Research and Development by MEXT.
