The 4th EDL Certificate Conferring Ceremony has been held on March 22, 2013. Three senior EDLs and nine EDLs completed the EDL education program and received their certificates by Prof. Shimizu, the vice president of the University of Tsukuba. Prof. Shimizu gave them a short speech and told them to become a bridge between the University of Tsukba and their countries/institutions.Ms. Nagahama and Dr. Chekirbane expressed their gratitude as a representative of the EDL graduates.
