Prof. Naomi Wakasugi visited University of Sciences and Technology of
Oran (USTO) in Algeria on November 5, 2012 and introduced the EDL
program to students who are interested in studying in Japan. She made a
presentation in French and students were very interested in our program
and gave her many questions. We hope to accept more students from
Africa near the future.
