On December 2 and 3, we invited Mr. Masahiro Oseko and Ms. Yoshiko Takahashi from the PCM Tokyo office and held a PCM workshop at the University of Tsukuba. The discussion theme was set up as 'Urban Waste Management' and students discussed how to solve the core problems in a small group. At the end of the second day, all the students who had completed the workshop received a certificate issued by the PCM Tokyo office.
