On October 5, Dr. Endo attended a workshop (environmental leadership education for sustainable water management) organized by Asian Program for Incubation of Environmental Leaders, the University of Tokyo. The workshop was organized as a program in the 4th international water association ASPIRE Conference that was held in Tokyo. In the workshop, he discussed the roles of universities, industrial sectors and governmental organizations in promoting education programs on environmental leadership.
